EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ARBEQUINA VARIETY ORGANIC PRODUCTION.

It is an intense and floral oil with the early harvest olive and recall of almonds, bananas and apple. It stands out the meal’s taste.

DESCRIPTION

Extra Virgin Olive Oil organic production. Arbequina is the most precious variety, so it is situated between the most recognized products in the world because of its fruitiness taste and lack of bitterness.

This variety provides us with a product that is characterized by its green and persistent colour because of how it is produced and its conservation. At Aceites Los Villalones wager on early harvest and to watch over of the fruits until the last phase of the production.

We need approximately 14 kilograms of olives to produce one litre of this oil.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

This oil has a medium-high intensity of fruity and it has a predominance of green shade.

Green leafy, banana and green almond are the tastes that stand out in mouth.

ACCOMPANIMENT

If you like strong emotions, this is your olive oil. It has touches of green olive leafs and fennel with a medium-high burning.

 

DESCRIPTION

Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Los Villalones Perdigón variety is the juice of the olive that it cannot be served on the table. These olives are known as “Perdigón” because of the type of the common partridge in our area.

This olive oil will surprise you. It has an intense green colour, a powerful taste and a persistent burning aftertaste.

It should also be taken into consideration that because of its tiny size and its early harvest, to obtain a litre of olive oil is necessary approximately 10 kilograms of olives.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Olive oil with high intensities with touches of green leaves, green apple and fennel and a medium burning in the gorge after a few seconds.
