Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Los Villalones Perdigón variety is the juice of the olive that it cannot be served on the table. These olives are known as “Perdigón” because of the type of the common partridge in our area.
This olive oil will surprise you. It has an intense green colour, a powerful taste and a persistent burning aftertaste.
It should also be taken into consideration that because of its tiny size and its early harvest, to obtain a litre of olive oil is necessary approximately 10 kilograms of olives.
