All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include checking product stock and availability, validating the payment method, validating the invoice (if any), and complying with the conditions required by the selected payment method. The prices of the products offered in this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this website.

The prices of our products include applicable VAT according to current legislation. The prices shown on our website, including other concepts, are indicated in euros. Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown on our website unless specifically stated. Any additional costs that may arise will be assumed by the buyer, who will be informed of all charges and the final price before the contract is finalized.
Deliveries made to destinations outside the European Union may incur additional charges and be subject to duties and taxes, particularly customs duties and import VAT. All expenses arising from non-EU destinations will be borne by the buyer.

Delivery

Shipping costs are invoiced according to the prices indicated on the website. The exact shipping amount will be specified during the checkout process.

The delivery of the item will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The shipment of the order will take place starting from the day after receipt and payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

The customer must verify that the merchandise received corresponds to what was ordered.

It is highly recommended to open the package in the presence of the courier in case any product is damaged or in poor condition.

  • If a product is damaged during transport, we will send you a new one or refund the corresponding amount, according to the agreement with the customer. This will not apply if the products were damaged because the recipient was unavailable to receive the package and it was taken to a warehouse. In any case, you must send a photograph of the damaged product to aceitelosvillalones@gmail.com. Aceites Los Villalones will cover the shipping costs, considering the reasons mentioned earlier. For more information on this, please read further in the next section.

  • If you want to receive Aceites Los Villalones products at several different addresses, you will need to make as many purchase processes as destinations, as you cannot choose multiple destinations in a single purchase.

a) Delivery time in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) is 3 to 5 business days.
If you wish to track your shipment, it is important to provide us with your mobile phone number.

b) Delivery time to most European countries will be between 4 and 6 business days.

Refund and Warranty Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product has been damaged during transport or does not match the order. We do not offer refunds once the product has been shipped; it is your responsibility to understand this before purchasing. We ask that you read carefully before buying. Exceptions to this rule are only made if the description does not match the product. Some products may come with a warranty and the possibility of a refund, but this will be specified at the time of purchase. In such cases, the warranty will only cover manufacturing defects and will only be effective if the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by improper use. Warranty terms are associated with manufacturing and operational failures under normal product usage and will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly. This includes:

  • According to the technical specifications indicated for each product.

  • In environmental conditions consistent with the specifications provided by the manufacturer.

  • Specific use for the function for which it was designed.

  • Electrical operating conditions in accordance with the indicated specifications and tolerances.

If the product presents any damage caused during transport, the customer has a period of 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product to report such incident. After this period, the right to return will not be enforceable.

The steps to follow in case of a damaged item are:

  • Record the incident on the delivery note from the carrier at the time of receipt. This is only valid if the anomaly is detected immediately upon receipt of the order.

  • In any case, you must contact us by email on the same day you receive the merchandise. It is a “conditio sine qua non” to exercise this right that the damage is reported within 24 hours after delivery, by sending an email to aceitelosvillalones@gmail.com.

  • Send a photo of the damaged product by email to aceitelosvillalones@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • After receiving the photo, you will be informed of the next steps to follow by email.

  • Aceites Los Villalones will cover the return shipping costs.

  • You will receive the product again at no cost, provided you informed us of the defect on the same day of delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to assume responsibility.

Payment

We offer you the following payment methods to complete your purchases on our website:

  • Bank Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The purchase is immediate.

  • Bank Transfer: the purchase is not immediate, it is subject to correspondence between the customer and ACEITES LOS VILLALONES S.L. via email or phone call.*

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (4% cost of the total order amount): the purchase is not immediate, it is subject to correspondence between the customer and ACEITES LOS VILLALONES S.L. via email or phone call.**

Please note that merchandise will be delivered once payment has been received (except in the case of cash on delivery). We recommend that you pay by bank card to receive the product as quickly as possible.

Credit or Debit Card Payment

In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code, which are the last three digits printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing greater security for the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Aceite Los Villalones will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

PayPal

Through PayPal, the payment for the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that everything is correct. To use this method, it is essential to have a PayPal account.

PayPal will be the only one with access to your banking information, acting as an intermediary between you and ACEITES LOS VILLALONES S.L. This form of payment is immediate; once you make the payment, we will receive it and begin processing your order on the next business day.

PayPal allows the use of VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. It is a very simple system that offers the highest security guarantees available.

For security reasons, if we receive a payment for an order whose delivery address is not verified by PayPal, we will proceed with its refund and cancellation.

Bank Transfer

If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, you must contact us at aceitelosvillalones@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the final amount of your order, including the small surcharge associated with this payment method.

Minors

We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Minors under 18 years of age may only use Aceites Los Villalones’ services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel their order by notifying us in writing at aceitelosvillalones@gmail.com within 12 consecutive hours after placing the order, provided that it has not already been shipped.
