Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Los Villalones Hojiblanca variety surprises thanks to its elegance and balance in palate, but it does not lose its character represent by a final bitter aftertaste.

Hojiblanca variety is typical in our area, but in Los Villalones we want to bet for a more personal profile by producing a powerful and characteristic olive oil that will surprise everyone.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

Olive oil with medium-high intensities of fruitiness with green characteristics, especially olive leaf and vegetables as tomatoes, artichokes and green pepper.

In mouth, at first is sweet and almond, followed by green characteristics. It presents a very good body with a medium-high intensity of bitterness and a persistent burning in progression.

ACCOMPANIMENT

gazpacho o ajoblanco.

Our EVOO Hojiblanca variety is delicious for a green salad because of its touches of herbs or any type of seasonal baked vegetable. It stands out a dish rice or pasta, our typical cold soups like gazpacho or ajoblanco.
